Success with Crispbread, hoorah

Hoorah, success.
They turned out pretty well for a first attempt.


Lovely and crispy crispbread


Even better with a selection of Swedish cheese, fruit and a glass of red wine

The cheeses are:- 
Morfars Brannvinsost - a slightly crumbly, medium soft, cows milk cheese with aquavit
Wanås ädel - soft, blue and slightly salty
Wästgotä Kloster - hardish with a nutty flavour
